PARTS SALES ADVISOR

 At Mark Weatherhead Limited we like to put ‘Service First’ and to stand out in the local and farming communities by offering excellent customer service, whilst working alongside friendly and supportive colleagues.

Our Parts Sales Advisor reports to the General Manager, Parts & Service and plays a vital role within the company.  Our Parts Department is a busy and very important part of our business the job entails:-

·         serving customers face to face, by phone and online

·         organising the showroom display

·         identifying parts and purchasing from a number of suppliers  

·         ordering stock and merchandise

In addition, our workshop technicians rely heavily on the parts department in order for them to carrying out their day to day work.

Customer service is a key part of the job and we expect a professional attitude at all times. 

The right person will have a friendly outgoing personality, be willing to learn, ideally have an agricultural, horticultural background – but not essential. 

Every day is different, we are a small friendly team who work together to achieve the same goal.

Permanent – Full Time Position, Competitive Salary, Hours – 0800 – 1700, Mon – Fri and every other Saturday during Peak Times


SKILLED AGRICULTURAL TECHNICIAN


To strengthen the service team at our Head Office Hardwick (Cambridge), working on McCormick, Massey Ferguson, Caterpillar, Vicon, Krone, Pottinger and many other leading brands.

Experience of working on agricultural machinery, primarily tractors and combines, preferred. However, experience of working on a specific manufacturer’s range of products is not essential as in-house and manufacturer’s training will be provided.

Self-motivated applicants with good communication skills, who take pride in their work and are keen to join a business with an exciting future, are encouraged to apply.

Full driving licence required, trailer licence would also be an advantage.

We offer excellent rates of pay including company service vehicle and company pension.

This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical service technician and who wants a long term secure role.
